HealthTech Conference 2018 took place this Saturday in São Paulo (Brazil) and brought together doctors, executives, startups, investors and professionals of the area. The event promoted by StartSe discussed how technology and startups are impacting health in Brazil and the world. Ron Shigeta, the scientist in residence in Babel, spoke about "Startup Culture and rebuilding Healthcare".
"Medicine is entering a major crisis in the last decades. The high cost is decreasing access to health care." Solution: test ideas and discard ideas that do not work. This behavior takes the name of "Fail Fast" and is common in the world of startups, for promoting a constant innovation.
