Finless Foods raised $3.5m in seed funding

Finless Foods uses cellular agriculture to grow cultured fish and bring sustainable, delicious seafood to the world. CEO & Co-founder Mike Selden announced the news, saying this investment brings Finless Foods “to the end of our initial R&D phase” and affords “the tools necessary to move into production pending the closing of a Series A.”

Draper Associates led the investment round, with participation from Softmatter VC, Starlight, U-Start Club, Blue Horizon, Hemisphere Ventures, Babel Ventures, Yakumi Investment, Olive Tree Capital, Breakoff Capital, and Harrison Blue Ventures.
