Technology can help water conservation

The technology saves animals, energy and water. Just for example, meat and dairy products account for 70 percent of global water consumption and it takes 15,400 litres of water to produce 1kg of beef.

The U.N.'s Food and Agriculture Organization estimates that 90 percent of the world's fish stocks are now fully exploited or dangerously overfished. Besides that, more than 25 percent of Earth's available landmass and fresh water is used for raising livestock.
